Step 1
Cook bacon (I prefer to cook mine in the oven) and egg (I like mine hard no runny yolk) to your liking, slice avocado and tomato and toast bread or roll.
Step 2
To assemble lightly butter bread or roll top with bacon (put some barbecue sauce on bacon is desired), top with egg, then avocado slices, 1 or 2 tomato slices (depending on size of tomato) and then lettuce leaf and top with other slice of bread or top of roll and enjoy.
