"As the title states, this is my favorite Caesar Salad Dressing. It is quick and easy to put together and will keep for 7 seven days refrigerated. I use 2 to 3 very large cloves of garlic or 5 small ones, we like it garlicky. If you are unsure, start with one clove and let it sit for at least 12 hours, then add more to taste. Keep in mind that the garlic shines through the longer it sits. This is a thick dressing and it sticks to the romaine lettuce quite nicely. If you prefer a runnier dressing, you can dilute this with a bit of olive oil."

I can see why this is your Favorite Caesar dressing, Bea! This made an absolutely Wonderful salad and I highly recommend it. I’m making this again and again. I knew that my daughter would be over the moon with this one and yes, she sure was. It’s sliding right into my Best Of file. Thank you, Bea, for sharing.
