Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the oil, garlic, rosemary and lemon juice
Step 2
Season the breast with salt and pepper, place them in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them
Step 3
Place in fridge for 1/2 hour
Step 4
Pre-heat the grill until it reaches high grill heat
Step 5
Lightly oil the grill both sides lay the breast on the grill, close the lid and cook for about 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the juices run clear
