Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place flour and butter in a food processor, process until mixture forms fine crumbs and then add egg yolks and the water and pulse until pastry just comes together.
Step 2
Turn out pastry onto a lightly floured work surface and knead briefly.
Step 3
Shape into a disc and wrap in plastic food wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
