Step 1: Place flour and butter in a food processor, process until mixture forms fine crumbs and then add egg yolks and the water and pulse until pastry just comes together.
Step 2: Turn out pastry onto a lightly floured work surface and knead briefly.
Step 3: Shape into a disc and wrap in plastic food wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
