I had to use those boneless pork pieces called, I think, country ribs. Since it was cold and raining, I made them in a cast iron pan on the stove and they were wonderful! I couldn't believe that that little bit of orange and lemon sparked up the flavor. DH loved them, too.

LOVED THIS RECIPE! Of course, my pork chops were too thin and my lemon & orange slices were too thick (all my fault) and the pork chops still came out AMAZING. I followed as directed except I omitted the onion slices. Will definitely make again!

I really enjoyed these chops. I used a Mrs Dash Spicy seasoning and Baby Ray Hickory bbq sauce. I didn't really get any flavor from the orange, onion, or lemon so think that next time I'll squeeze the citrus on them first and then add them to maybe cook for about 20 minutes rather than 10. But I will be making these again. Thanks for sharing, Teresa.

The chops turned out juicy and tender with a delicious citrus flavour! I scaled back to two serves and used a gas grill. These will definitely be made again! Thanks for sharing Teresa! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
