  • 6 (36 to 48 ounces) pork loin chops (cut 1-inch thick, 6-8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Orange slices (6 thin slices)
  • Sliced onion (6 thin slices)
  • Lemon slices (6 thin slices)
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare your grill per directions with briquets...once goals are medium-hot move to one side of grill with drip pan next to the goals. Or heat up your gas grill to medium hot...Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt. Place chops over drip pan or next to heated element on gas grill; cover grill and cook 40 minutes or until nearly done, turning once after 25 minutes.

  • Step 2: Top each chop with slices of orange, onion, lemon and about 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce. Cover grill and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chops are tender and thoroughly cooked.
