"This one was given to me by a girlfriend and be cooked on the barbecue or grill plate. Lamb can be marinated longer, even overnight if desired. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of chops/cutlets but on average I find about 3 minutes per side will give a slight pink centre and be moist. Cooking time is marinating time."

I love lamb and this recipe was a great way to cook it. I used fresh rosemary from my garden and used a grill pan on the stove top. Served with risotto for an excellent meal. Thanks for sharing, Pat.

Awesome marinade in its simplicity! Marinated for 3 hours and grilled on the stove. Tender, flavourful and a sheer delight to eat, I did not want it to end! Thanks for another great lamb recipe! Made for Alphabet tag.

I love lamb and this is a really tasty recipe. You can now buy an Aged Balsamic & Olive Oil dressing so I used that with Fresh Rosemary from my herb pots. I don't BBQ so I pan fried with great results. The photo really doesn't show it but the chops were cooked just right - lovely pink medium rare. This is a do again recipe

Another lamb winner from Pat. I used 6 loin chops and used my cast iron grill pan in the oven, Heated it up to 450F and then put chops on it for 5 minutes per side with the door closed. Worked great and the lamb was delicious.

I have used your recipe before Pat, and again last week. Wonderful marinade which has just the right flavours for the lamb. The family love this marinade when I make lamb and I will be using this recipe quite often over summer.
