Great served as a side dish. We enjoyed this as a side for dinner tonight, made with fresh home grown tomatoes. I made this exactly as written, and got a wonderful result! The subtle sweet flavours from the balsamic and tomato go perfectly together, I topped with some fresh basil for a wonderful dish which was enjoyed by all.

I made this recipe as a side dish for Sunday brunch - Wonderful. I cut the recipe back to two servings and used white balsamic vinegar. I left the garlic at 2 large cloves and coarsely chopped them - just right. QueenBea this will be a regular brunch dish. Thanks for making this brunch special

Great side dish! I did have to make a couple of changes...use white onion and and had some diced, so used that. The balsamic gave it just the right amount of sweetness. Looking forward to making this with home grown tomatoes this summer! Topped it with chopped fresh basil. Thank you QueenBea for sharing this yummy recipe!
