How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Arrange tomatoes and onions in layers in a 9” X 9” baking pan.

  • Step 4: Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • Step 5: Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Bake until onions are cooked, about 15 minutes.
