Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

While rice is hot mix in 1/2 the cheese

Step 3

Meanwhile in skillet heat oil add onion and pepper

Saute until softened

Add paprika

Step 6

Fold into rice it did not have salt and pepper in recipe but I would include some to taste here

Pour into pam sprayed buttered casserole

Step 8

Cover with the rest of the cheese

Step 9

Bake 15 minutes then add tomato sauce and eggs on top

Step 10

Bake for 15 more minutes until bubbly
