Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: While rice is hot mix in 1/2 the cheese
Step 3: Meanwhile in skillet heat oil add onion and pepper
Step 4: Saute until softened
Step 5: Add paprika
Step 6: Fold into rice it did not have salt and pepper in recipe but I would include some to taste here
Step 7: Pour into pam sprayed buttered casserole
Step 8: Cover with the rest of the cheese
Step 9: Bake 15 minutes then add tomato sauce and eggs on top
Step 10: Bake for 15 more minutes until bubbly
