Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Arrange pineapple in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 3
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle Kahlua over.
Step 4
Bake until pineapple juices bubble, 25 minutes.
Step 5
If necessary, transfer juices to small saucepan and boil until thickened to sauce consistency.
Step 6
Arrange pineapple on plates. Top with ice cream.
Step 7
Spoon sauce over and serve hot.
