Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Arrange pineapple in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 3: Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle Kahlua over.
Step 4: Bake until pineapple juices bubble, 25 minutes.
Step 5: If necessary, transfer juices to small saucepan and boil until thickened to sauce consistency.
Step 6: Arrange pineapple on plates. Top with ice cream.
Step 7: Spoon sauce over and serve hot.
