Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Arrange pineapple in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Step 3

Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle Kahlua over.

Step 4

Bake until pineapple juices bubble, 25 minutes.

Step 5

If necessary, transfer juices to small saucepan and boil until thickened to sauce consistency.

Step 6

Arrange pineapple on plates. Top with ice cream.

Step 7

Spoon sauce over and serve hot.

This es wonderful recipe and the addition of the Kahlua makes this dessert wonderful. We all enjoyed it very much and we ate the double portion as I prepared a whole pineapple in this way. Thanks a lot for posting this recipe
