"The curry is a wonderful addition to the honey-mustard sauce. Add as much or as little according to your taste preference. This works with B/S chicken too - just be sure to adjust the baking time and check for doneness with a meat thermometer. This recipe is a time-saver as no separate browning of chicken is necessary!"

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In small saucepan combine onion with butter. Cook until onion is tender. Add honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and curry powder; mix well.

Step 2

Place chicken in shallow pan prepared with cooking spray. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake for 40-45 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked. (Cover for the first 30 mins, baste and continue to bake uncovered. Add water to the pan if necessary.)

wow talk about flavour, this was so flavourful, delicious with just enough curry with the honey, butter and dejon mustard for layers of deliciousness!! We loved this tender, juicey chicken and will be making it often, I used boneless, skinless breasts.  Tthanks for posting.
