Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Line a baking pan with foil.

Step 3

Remove excess fat from chicken and then brush the chicken with melted butter.

Step 4

Place chicken, meaty side down in the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

While chicken is cooking prepare glaze by coming the next 4 ingredients (honey - nutmeg) in a saucepan over medium heat; cooking and stirring occasionally until thickened.

Step 6

Turn chicken ad brush with the glaze.

Step 7

Cut papaya into 3/4 inch wedges or in chunks. Add to the chicken. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until done.
