Baked Chicken with Honey and Spice Glaze
"This recipe was adapted from a TOH recipe with one planned and one unplanned change. I added about 1/2-1 tsp oil to the spice mixture just to make it easier to spread evenly over the chicken and add some moisture while baking. I also grabbed the onion powder and had it added before I realized that wasn't in the recipe...but I really think it added to the flavor of the spice rub."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the spices and oil; rub over chicken. (I coated the chicken with the spice mixture and "marinated" in the refrigerator several hours before baking.) Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Combine honey and vinegar; baste over chicken during the last 10 minutes of baking.
