Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Spray 8x8 baking dish with Pam.
Step 3
Pound chicken breast into a thin slab and place in baking dish and season to taste.

Slather with mustard to your taste and cover with two layers Swiss cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Step 6
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Remove foil and finish baking 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
