How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Spray 8x8 baking dish with Pam.

  • Step 3: Pound chicken breast into a thin slab and place in baking dish and season to taste.

  • Step 4: Slather with mustard to your taste and cover with two layers Swiss cheese.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

  • Step 6: Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

  • Step 7: Remove foil and finish baking 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
