"Found @ myrecipesdotcom - While there's nothing new about baked Brie appys in general, this particular recipe includes "Jezebel Peaches" & they are definitely NEW & seriously tempting for me. As I am known to do, I slightly altered some ingredient amounts & the prep steps to better suit our taste preferences & my methods. If you're unable to find Brie rounds in the wooden boxes, just bake them in sml baking dishes. Quantities used were designed to yield 8 2-ounce servings. ENJOY!"
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine 1st 4 ingredients, gently stir in peaches until fully coated & set aside.
Unwrap Brie rounds, score the top surfaces (or remove if you prefer), return Brie rounds to the wooden box bottoms & place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 min. Spoon peach mixture over Brie (mounding slightly) & bake 5 min longer or until cheese is melted. Carefully transfer boxes to serving plates & serve immediately w/assorted crackers &/or lightly buttered & toasted baguette slices.

What a wonderful treat Pat. I really enjoyed this quick and easy to make dish. It was wonderful, so much flavor. The peaches blend beautifully with the brie and hot jelly. Served with crispy naan slices for an excellent meal. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will enjoy again often. Made FYC Tag Game.
