Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine 1st 4 ingredients, gently stir in peaches until fully coated & set aside.
Step 2: Unwrap Brie rounds, score the top surfaces (or remove if you prefer), return Brie rounds to the wooden box bottoms & place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake for 10 min. Spoon peach mixture over Brie (mounding slightly) & bake 5 min longer or until cheese is melted. Carefully transfer boxes to serving plates & serve immediately w/assorted crackers &/or lightly buttered & toasted baguette slices.
