Step by Step Method

Step 1

MEATBALLS; in a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.

Step 2

Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Bake, uncovered in a preheated 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Step 4

SAUCE; meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over meatballs. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.

I love meatballs and this recipe is right up there with the best. I cut back on the sauce but it is delicious. A definite do again recipe.
