"I've made these for years, If you haven't tried meatballs made with oats and evaporated milk then try this and you will make them like this all the time. This always gets rave reviews! The original recipe comes from TasteofHome, I've made just a couple of minor changes"

Step 1

MEATBALLS; in a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.

Step 2

Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Bake, uncovered in a preheated 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Step 4

SAUCE; meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over meatballs. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.

I love meatballs and this recipe is right up there with the best. I cut back on the sauce but it is delicious. A definite do again recipe.
