We had these this afternoon while watching football. Easy to make. Just enough zing but not too spicy, in my opinion. I used the blender the best I could for the bacon, then I chopped it up really little because I don't have a food processor. It worked out just fine. I used bison for the 1/2 pound meat of choice. Thanks for the recipe.

I'm giving this a 5 star for flavor...they did come out dry and I only cooked them for 12 minutes when I made the decision to take them out of the pan...I cut the recipe in half and got a total of 15 tiny meatballs...I would suggest that you dice the bacon before throwing into the food process...with all that said...the hubby loved his meatball sandwich (his first)...I ate mine served alone...made for "For Your Consideration" tag game...

Great meatball and quite different from the usual. The amounts I used of the different meats were estimated - guessed - but we were happy with the result. Simple and good!
