Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound venison, ground (or elk, moose or extra lean ground beef or bison)
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped (packed)
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the bacon in a food processor and process until ground and starts to stick together to form a ball.

  • Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together well and shape into 48 1” balls.

  • Step 3: Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 20 minutes.

  • Step 4: Remove from skillet and drain over paper towels.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
