Delicious poppers! Just got done making these for a snack for the hubs and I. I omitted the extra salt as I didn't feel we needed all that sodium, and it wasn't missed at all. I will make them again!

Daily Inspiration

Finally got to make these jalapeno poppers and they were delish. Especially loved the tartness of the goat cheese, the crispy bacon and the jalapeno pepper jelly which I keep on hand to pour over cream cheese. Will be making these delicious poppers again very soon.
