Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Patties

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the onion, garlic powder, salt, minced bacon, cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl. Add ketchup and the remaining 5 ingredients.

Step 3

Divide into 5-6 patties and place on a roasting pan with a rack covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Using a basting brush, cover the meatloaf patties with the ketchup.

Step 4

Bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through completely.

No special items needed.


I scaled back for 1 burger using 50 ounces of very lean beef mince and after 30 minutes in a 175C fan forced oven it was well cooked and a little on the dry side. Wit the instructions I was sure at first if the ketchup to the liquid smoke was supposed to go into the meat mix until I read to past the patties with the ketchup so mixed those ingredients in separate bowl.
