I scaled back for 1 burger using 50 ounces of very lean beef mince and after 30 minutes in a 175C fan forced oven it was well cooked and a little on the dry side. Wit the instructions I was sure at first if the ketchup to the liquid smoke was supposed to go into the meat mix until I read to past the patties with the ketchup so mixed those ingredients in separate bowl. Overall the flavour were wonderful and enjoyed, thank you HomeCooker, post for Alphabet Soup tag game.
