Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the onion, garlic powder, salt, minced bacon, cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl. Add ketchup and the remaining 5 ingredients.
Step 3: Divide into 5-6 patties and place on a roasting pan with a rack covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Using a basting brush, cover the meatloaf patties with the ketchup.
Step 4: Bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through completely.
