Step 1

Cook bacon in heavy skillet over moderate heat, turning occasionally til crisp, drain on paper towels.

Step 2

Toast bread. Stir together mayo, herbs and seasonings, spread on toast.

Step 3

Halve avocado and scoop out insides. Put half of avocado on each sandwich and gently cut/squish with a fork. Otherwise the avocado will squeeze out the sandwich.

Step 4

Add bacon and top with other piece of toast, serve immediately.

Definitely an avocado lover, but I think maybe half the amount would let the other flavors shine more, and possibly also more bacon and dill (which is hard to detect). Enjoyable though nonetheless!
