Step 1: Cook bacon in heavy skillet over moderate heat, turning occasionally til crisp, drain on paper towels.
Step 2: Toast bread. Stir together mayo, herbs and seasonings, spread on toast.
Step 3: Halve avocado and scoop out insides. Put half of avocado on each sandwich and gently cut/squish with a fork. Otherwise the avocado will squeeze out the sandwich.
Step 4: Add bacon and top with other piece of toast, serve immediately.
