"Baby Bok Choy is such a versatile vegetable. Last night I made it like I usually do but added 3 tablespoons Baby Ray BBQ sauce - It was really tasty. Then another time I added 3 Tablespoon Teriaki sauce Mmm I used up some red pearl onions but in this recipe it will read a medium onion. Sub some cashew for the pine nuts, either one is good. Leave the full leaves on if you wish I like to cut some off. Do not over cook the Bok Choy"

Excellent! Easy, quick, and far better tasting than I ever imagined. The barbecue sauce and the pine nuts set each other off. Wow!
