  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 4 tablespoons pine nuts

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash and separate the bookchoy stems, dry set aside

  • Step 2: Over medium heat, in a lightly oiled pan, slowly fry your onions until they are golden

  • Step 3: Add the water and bok choy to the pan cover and cook for 5 minutes Add the BBQ sauce continue cooking for 2 minutes, stir in pine nuts and serve
