Wonderful recipe Linky. The potatoes and onions were incredible prepared this way... crunchy, yet tender and full of flavor. I opted to add the fried egg, so glad that I did. It added a depth of flavor and an extra texture element. Made and enjoyed for CQ4 - Austria

What a great dish! Adding caraway was something new and I really liked it. I opted to use ham and served with sour cream eggs. Made for the Culinary Quest 4.
