"Very tasty Burger and it is a bit different. I recommend using nice crispy rolls or 6 inch pieces of baguette. If you want smaller meat portions you can stretch this to serve 6 just add more cheese and buns"

Yum, yum, yum! This burger was full of flavor. I loved the onions piled on top of the burger. The sauce was flavorful and excellent as a dip. I skipped the cheese. The crusty bun was a really good call! Thank you!

It's been a long time since I made a Bergy Burger! lol. We loved this. I made humongous patties to fit the bun and couldn't really taste any of the wasabi. Next time I will either increase the wasabi or make smaller patties. Thanks, Bergy for sharing your recipe. Made for Best of 2014 tag (recommended by Dienia B).

I made Onion Soup from scratch and had some left over that I wanted to use. I cut the recipe into quarters for 1 serving and made 1 burger. It was luscious, and I felt like I was indulging in a fine dining experience while I was dipping! So good Bergy, thank you muchly! Linda

I used GallyWench's Pretzel Rolls http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/pretzel-rolls-3374 for the rolls when I made these burgers. This is a very delicious burger and we really enjoyed them! I made my own French Onion soup to dip them in so I could cut down on the salt. I didn't use the wasabi, because we don't like it but it didn't hinder the flavor of the burgers at all!
