Step 1: Mix the beef with the worchestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and washabi
Step 2: Make 4 patties to match the shape of your rolls or baguette pieces
Step 3: Heat the oil on high brown one side of the patties for 1 minute, turn heat to medium, flip the burgers, add onions, cover and cook for for 5 minutes giving the onion a couple of stirs and replacing the lid
Step 4: Flip the burgers pour in the soup, cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes
Step 5: Toast the inside of your buns, place a slice of cheese on each with a burger and a share of the onions
Step 6: Pour the au jus into 4 cups or bowls large enough to be able to dip in your burger Enjoy
