Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cut a deep pocket in chicken breasts

Secure with toothpicks put on baking sheet

Daily Inspiration

Loved the concept of this low carb chicken dish. Followed the recipe as directed; however, the chicken was a little too dry. I think maybe the cooking time/temp should be less. It might also benefit from a sauce over the chicken. All in all, we enjoyed this dish. : )
