Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Let pasta drain well then place in a large salad bowl. Add broccoli, tomatoes, onions, carrots and toss together to combine.

Step 3

In a medium bowl or jar with lid add soy sauce and remaining 6 ingredients. Whisk the mixture or shake vigorously if using a jar and pour over the pasta. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Wonderful salad! We loved it. Made it with gluten free linguine and large tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes because that's what I had. Will make this definitely again. Thanks for posting! Made for FYC

I scaled this back for 1 serve and used fettucine and also added some red capsicum/bell pepper and the dressing was one of the best I have had, thank you ahmafor3 for a great side dish, made for Alphabet Soup tag game.

I made some Chinese ribs and this salad was the perfect side. I enjoyed the leftovers as much as the first time! Yummy!! Thank you for sharing Lori! Linda

If you like chinese or asian inspired food, you'll love this recipe. All my favorite veggies together, pasta and a sesame oil type dressing that's just the perfect amount of sweet/tart. Mmmmm.~
