Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2: Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Let pasta drain well then place in a large salad bowl. Add broccoli, tomatoes, onions, carrots and toss together to combine.
Step 3: In a medium bowl or jar with lid add soy sauce and remaining 6 ingredients. Whisk the mixture or shake vigorously if using a jar and pour over the pasta. Toss gently and serve immediately.
