Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry linguine pasta
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved, 12 tomatoes)
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced diagonally (large carrots)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil (dark)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions.

  • Step 2: Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Let pasta drain well then place in a large salad bowl. Add broccoli, tomatoes, onions, carrots and toss together to combine.

  • Step 3: In a medium bowl or jar with lid add soy sauce and remaining 6 ingredients. Whisk the mixture or shake vigorously if using a jar and pour over the pasta. Toss gently and serve immediately.
