Step by Step Method

Step 1

Clean and pull the tough membrane off the back of two racks of baby back ribs.

Step 2

Mix together the first five ingredients. Rub all over ribs, and cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Step 3

Heat oven to 375°. Place ribs in a single layer in baking pans with 1/4 cup of water. Cover and bake for about one hour, or until meat is pulling away from the bone.

Step 4

Stir together remaining ingredients and brush on tender racks of ribs. Grill over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Alternately, put the oven rack in the middle and turn oven to broil. Broil 5-10 minutes, watching closely.
