"This can be served as a salad or in a wrap, the choice is yours, I love it both ways!. This slaw is wildly nutritious and low fat (only the good fat here!). It's especially high in fiber, and vitamins A and C, it's a crunchy veggie slaw with Thai flavors with only about 145 calories per serving and works well as a side with dinner or as the main course. Step by Step Method

Puree dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor to a consistency similar to apple sauce.
