Added in lots of nuts, I'd say over a cup anyway. They were moist, super delicious and made a great breakfast with our coffee. Froze up a few to have later on. They will be enjoyed again tomorrow and I am looking forward to it!

I make these quite often and they are super delicious! I always add more nuts and apple, but that's just me. My grandchildren love these so I am making them for tomorrow morning again!

My little daughter couldn't wait to get her mitts on one of these muffins. When I handed it to her she demolished it in about 3 minutes. A new record for her since she doesn't like much for breakfast! I was so happy that she ate it and loved it that I gave her one every other day for a week. She never tired of them and I have made them several times because we ALL love them!!!

Nothing goes better than apples and nuts, so we really loved these yummy muffins. I froze a few to have later in the week when I am in a time crunch. They are above the average muffin and I won't forget to make them again very soon!
