Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine apples and avocado together in a bowl.
Step 2
Whisk lemon juice and honey together in a separate bowl; drizzle over apples and avocado and sprinkle cinnamon over salad and fold until evenly mixed and refrigerate until chilled and serve cold.
Step 3
TIPS - Do not omit the lemon as it keeps the apples and avocado from turning brown. Optional additions: walnuts/nuts of choice, raisins, grapes, yoghurt etc., use your imagination and enjoy
