Step 1

Place the sugar, flour and salt in the unbaked pie shell.

Step 2

Mix together lightly with your fingers. Pour the canned milk carefully over the top.

(Do not stir or mix this in.)

Dot the butter and sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon liberally over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling bubbles in center of pie.

Step 5

Cool before cutting.

Step 6

Top with whipped cream.
