Step 1: Place the sugar, flour and salt in the unbaked pie shell.
Step 2: Mix together lightly with your fingers. Pour the canned milk carefully over the top.
Step 3: (Do not stir or mix this in.)
Step 4: Dot the butter and sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon liberally over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling bubbles in center of pie.
Step 5: Cool before cutting.
Step 6: Top with whipped cream.
