"This is a nice crunchy salad that will be a great side item to any meats you are preparing on the grill, or in the oven. Refrigerate for a few hours to give everything a chance to mix. You can add onion, nuts, raisins, craisins or anything else for veggies you might like."

We had this salad with chicken and Sweet Potato Fries. Delicious, crunchy and very good. Even my grandchildren loved it!

I lightened this up by using Kraft Reduced Fat Cheddar cheese, and Sweet & Low in place of the sugar. It was delicious with our grilled chicken!

I made this some time ago for the first time but we liked it so well that I have made it several times since. It has loads of flavors and crunch that please most of us here. I love it with cashews, Craisins and pumpkin seeds from time to time too!

Get In My Belly!

Such a great tasting veggie salad. I love changing up and adding the nuts and raisins/craisins in this one. My favorites are sunflower and cashews and we prefer the craisins. So crunchy and delicious!

This is so crunchy and delicious and one of my all time favorites in the summer. I did add in some raisins and sunflower seeds. It went great with Queenbea's Maple Soy Wings!
