Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Saute chopped onion until soft.
Step 3
Add garlic, herbs, & tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to boil.
Step 5
Add fish, bring back to boil; Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Before serving add cooked rice and heat through.
