Step 1: Mix together the garlic, oil, mustard, agave nectar and ground clove in a re-sealable sandwich bag.
Step 2: Add the salmon steak and carefully swish to coat both sides.
Step 3: Marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4: Place a double layer of foil over a baking pan and toss in the beans.
Step 5: Pour the contents of the bag onto the beans and fold the foil over the top and sides to form a foil packet.
Step 6: Cook in a preheated 375 degrees Fahrenheit oven until fish starts to flake, about 45 minutes, depending on thickness of steak.
