Step 1

Heat oven to 400 F

Step 2

Prepare stuffing mix as directed on pkg. mix soup and wine.Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish; top with cheese, soup mixture and stuffing. Bake 30 mins or until chicken is done.

I don't usually cook with canned soup, but from now on will have to keep a can on hand for this! The wine removes the canned soup taste from the sauce and keeps the chicken moist, moist, moist while baking. I did cut the baking temp to 350 and so had to bake for about 40 minutes. It would be a great recipe for unexpected guests as it's so easy and quick to assemble.
