This was a wonderful change from ground beef I must say I've never added spinach and mozzarella cheese and balsamic vinegar to a burger (beef or turkey) I'm now a fan, you sold me for sure, these were very very tasty chicken burgers. Due to the weather I cooked these on an indoor grill I can't wait to make them on an outdoor grill, thanks for this delicious recipe, I'm glad I picked this for the Recipezazz Billboard tag game in the games forum. I made this quite a while back I thought I sent in my review I guess I somehow forgot. I know I made a few changes, used whole milk and added in garlic powder, I do know that we loved the soup and I have it saved in my favorites, thanks ellie, I apologize for not rating it sooner, This recipe was made for the Billboard game.

I chose this recipe cause I love barley, it's also the best one i've ever made, I made a few changes also....I sauteed all vegies first, added more barley...used chicken broth instead of water added in some dry thyme when I was sauteeing the vegetables and mushrooms together...I think thyme goes good with barley. it's totally delicious and THIS is the recipe i will use from now on, so a big thank you Sue Lau! We loved everything about this salad, I have never grilled chicken using Cajun seasoning, it's a first but not a last time, it's so good, I used a package of mixed greens, I'm not sure if that was 4 cups however it worked well, I love this salad and have plans on making it many more times, thanks MsPia!
